Guest Fee – Fort Wayne Chapter, Izaak Walton League of America
 
This guest fee grants temporary access to the Fort Wayne Chapter grounds and facilities, excluding the Rifle & Pistol Range. Each guest must be accompanied by a current Chapter Member, and the fee includes a processing charge.  This pass is good for one calendar day only.

By purchasing this pass, the Guest agrees to follow all Chapter Rules and Guidelines, and to abide by the Waiver of All Liabilities Agreement. The Member assumes full responsibility for supervising their guest and ensuring compliance with all Chapter policies.
